Description:	Our company is looking for a new developer to join our team and help us with our projects. This person MUST be attention to detail oriented and MUST create and develope the flash animations with xml exactly as they are given to them in flash. Our company produces on average between 3-8 sites a month, sometimes as many as 15 sites a month. Our most common website components are the ability to change out text and images for each site in xml. We need someone that is extremely fast to take our psd files and turn them into flash sites - we will provide full direction to assist you in completing each project. Most of our sites are brochure type sites based from template or components from a template. If we design a site custom, we utilize transitions, buttons or functionality from templates to make the development process go much faster for us, for you and for the client. For these types of sites, we pay $300 per site. We do not negotiate other amounts. If we have more work on a job than we normally get, we offer each developer a bonus for the additional work. We pay upon completion of each site and sometimes part way through each site. During any given days we may throw as many as three sites at you. Some may be one pages sites, some may just be the framework (the over all look with the transitions and buttons in it) and some may be full brochure sites, some may be even larger with extensive admin programming in them. We pay fair and without fail each time... You can ask our two current developers about us and how we operate, also you may read our reviews. We always pay and we treat you very well. We expect that person to be available a minimum of 7 hours a day to us anywhere within 8:30 am to 8:00pm U.S. Eastern Standard Time. Do not post a bid if you cannot handle any aspect of what we are seeking. We are looking for those that can do quality and quantity to make their money from us. You will always be busy. The candidate that shows us the style of work, and quality that we are accustomed to and agrees to our payment terms will be hired.
