If you use CodeIgniter to write the software, I have eBay API code that was certified for another website of mine which I will be glad to give you.

Keep in mind when designing the System I will want to include another feed API along with eBay's feed in the near future. (most likely immediately after project is completed.)

I know that this will be a fairly easy project for someone who is familiar with Google Maps API. If not I'm sure you could figure out how to do almost all of it by reading the PHP google maps book. And studying up on ebay API. The eBay integration must be able to use my Affiliate ID.

I will provide a live website for development. Full cPanel Access.

Must include all source code (non-obfuscated) unless otherwise agreed to.
Must include documentation on the use of the software. This includes a basic readme file (or email with how to use the system). And should include function documentation.



1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). AKA you cannot resell this!

Payments should be made though Escrow only. I pay quickly. And I give bonuses for quality work and meeting the deadline.
