This is an XML-driven Flash survey with printing of results and sending of data to a MySQL database using amfphp.


=== DETAILS ===

The attached files provide the details. The files are:

- Storyboards.pdf give a general explanation and detail the layout and objects.

- content.xml. The XML structure and parameters can be modified as needed. The content will be added later (XML content is not part of this job).

- styles.css has named, but not fully defined styles.

- Printing.pdf shows some of the pages to be printed.


=== END PRODUCT ===

The end product is a native Flash file and related includes, and PHP files.

The Flash file(s) need to be version CS3, coded in ActionScript 3. The ActionScript should be commented extensively.

The PHP files need to be text-readable (not compiled or protected in any way).

The SQL database is already created and I will provide you a copy of it to install on your development server.


=== GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ===

This MUST be very well documented. Build in time to do that.

If you want to use something beyond default Flash tools, they need to be open source and you need to provide them -- AND YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN THEM IN YOUR BID or else I’ll assume you’re using none.

If you re-use code, you need to make sure it is yours or open-source; that it is clean and appropriate for this job; with variable names, function names, and documentation specific to this job; and there no extra unused code cluttering things up.

Timing is important. Please include a time-line in your bid.

I have carefully read your request, and view the "file.zip", I believe that the technical realization of the project is not particularly complex. with the help of Adobe Flex framework, it's very easy to build the Flash interface, and about PDF statements, i think the open-source class library FPDF can fit your request.
