Description

1. Develop a clean xhtml/ CSS front page using an existing layout as a guide.( only one page setup is required)
2. no graphics or logo required. ( all logos/graphocs will be provided)
3. we just need a clean front page layout.
4. Specific tasks of the project are as follows
a) redo the existing layout in clean xhtml/ css
b) insert all the existing scripts back into the front page
c) There is no programming required other then what is already running on the front page. Mostly affiliate scripts.
d) We will need the following templates
1) complete front page- example already provided to follow.
2) a header template (information on the header will be provided)
3) a footer template (information on the footer is provided)
4) an admin section to make changes to the main page using either the header, footer, top left side, middle left side, and bottom left side., and the main body
5) Funds will be escrowed until job is completely finished and demonstrated to satisfaction. Provider need to install the templates on our server before escrow will be released. We will however send a confirmation email to the provider that job on their test server is satisfactory and that once they install on our server and it runs fine escrow will be released immedietely.

Please read the above specs on this before you bid. If you know css/xhtml php, mysql you should be able to finish this in 1 day.
