Description

I want to build an online billing website, by the meaning of a website where merchands can send detailed bills to their clients throug e-mails and then the clients could use our platform to pay throughout our platform using a multiple payments gateways (paypal, alertpay...etc). The billing application should contain all the bill parts (bill number, TAX value ...etc) This is a short description for the project, you should be an expertised PHP/MYSQL programmer,and have enough AJAX knowledge. You must at least have a 2 years experience, Also you should not take a long time in this project, it should not take more than 5 or max 6 days as average time, also i won't pay more than 300$ (USD) for this project, no prepayments, or upfront payment or whatever you call it.
