Description:	I need to redesign my web site http://www.selectcigars.com/ The site has been up for a number of years. but needs a fresh "2.0" look and feel to it. I am not exactly sure if it needs to be a blog or a regular web site. Here is what I want to do. I want the site to be as interactive and user friendly as possible. I want to start making some money from the site through affiliate programs, banner ads and other ad content from online cigar sellers and other companies. The site needs to be a place that sellers would want to advertise. This site will not actually sell any products but I would like to have a featured product section that would refer the visitor to a cigar seller. I want the existing cigar reviews moved to the new site. I want an easy way for visitors to add their comments or reviews to existing reviews and to be able to create their own reviews. However I want to be able to approve the additions before they go live on the site so that I have control over any offensive or illegal material posted to the site. I want to be able to easily change the home page content to keep it fresh. I want to be able to add content to the "features" section myself. I know my way around Dreamweaver but am not great at it. I'd like the cigar reviews to be searchable by country, brand, and name. I want the site to have a very slick, hip and modern look to it. The site can be built from scratch or I can provide some template ideas that can either be modified or cloned. I kind of like the look of this site: http://www.cigarinspector.com/ I also have an account at DreamTemplate: http://www.dreamtemplate.com/ and could use one of their templates. I am open to ideas. Of course the site must be fast loading and W3C compliant. I'd like to have as much SEO possible. A site map is a must. My web hosting service is IX web hosting http://www.ixwebhosting.com My plan is the Linux Unlimited plan. Please check them out and look at all the features that are included in my plan to help you decide what the best course of action would be. This is one of many sites that I need to update. I also have an established base of clients that ask for an assortment of work on a regular basis from simple form creation to SEO and full blown e-comm, os-comm. I am looking for a person with good communication skills, creative and reliable. I will reward that person with more and steady work. Again I don't know if a blog is the way to go or not. I am looking for a designer that will be able to advise me as to the best platform and structure to use to achieve my goals. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. In the future I may want to offer all the reviews as downloadable pdf / book form for a small fee to visitors. Again this is not part of this project but something my designer might want to keep in mind while building this site.
