Description

This project is to develop a Web2.0 type application using Ajax and the latest technologies to produce a website and admin system for matching the real estate requirements of buyers with relevant estate agents across the UK.
The website application will need to be developed by you to include
1. Login accounts for consumers and agents. (accounts will need to be both free and premium subscription).
2. Posting of real estate requirement online form filled in by the buyer will need to be sent (by email and into an online account' inbox') to the agents from a database that we already according to the relevant town/area.
3. Both agents and buyers will need to be able to add/amend/respond to the 'postings' and agents will be able to enter or upload property listing details of suitable properties that match the buyer's requirements.
4. The accounts for both buyers and agents will need several features including, summary or list view, detail view, email agent or buyer, and print listings, as well as send bid/offer for buying the property, and agents responding to the offer to accept or deny.

In essence the application is quite similar to a job posting or freelance posting application, where buyers and providers interact via requirements, postings and biddings.

It is imperative that an administrator account is setup for us to manage and maintain the system and view all postings and activity on all accounts.

A full brief for this website application will be provided to the chosen developers. But in summary, we need a 'web2.0 type application that looks very uptodate and uses Ajax forms and applets etc for the user interface. I envisage a dashboard type layout similar to those used by online traders.

It is very important for the developer to be able to speak good english so we can discuss the brief properly over VOIP phone to avoid any issues or delays.

For experienced web2.0 developers this application should be very straightforward, so I have set a budget of upto $800 and a leadtime of 7 days. Please don't bid if you are either a) inexperienced in web2.0 development or design or b) intending to bid any higher than $800, or c) unable to start the project now and deliver within 7 days
