Description: We are looking for a *reliable* programmer to do a single project for us (might develop into a relationship if all goes well).

The project itself is a straightforward PHP programming project. We need to get data that our content provider delivers to us in the form of a web service (SOAP) into XML. We will provide all the layout and structure of the XML documents. Users will be able to request name of location, lat/long and flight destination code, and the web service will respond with weather information for the selected location.

Locations should also be stored in memory in two methods: lat/long information should be stored always, and other selections are stored on a last-five-selected basis. This user information is stored according to MSISDN (phone nr.) in a MySQL database.

Also needed is a connection to a device repository (XML data) where information on device screen width is provided. This will be used to request the correct size from the web service.

Finally there is a connection to a third party that can "translate" a unique ID into lat/long.

Timeframe is short. Need this up and running beginning of May (first week).
