Each party has one or more candidates
When there is election in a country, the cities organize the voting system, in each city there are Voting office (1 to m)
In each city there are the registered electors: (x) is electors number
When there is voting day: there are (y) registered electors that come to vote (y)<= (x), some registered electors are registered but they don’t come to vote.
