Functionality of site will be comparable of clone to http://www.elite-classic.com/./

Want entirely new design, very simple with HTML navigation on the left, RSS feed with weather on top right. Flash frame showing wide angle shots of property scrolling

Will need approximately 15 pages, similar to above site.

Will need three RSS feeds incorporating. Recent Headlines, Local events and weather page.


Don’t need the top line except brochure which can be in the left navigation

Would like to update the visitors comments (testimonials), late offers myself, from a text file on the server or basic CMS system.

Currency converter, that’s a nice feature on the prices page, must be from RSS feed though

Embedded Availability calendar from another site incorporating. Live chat in to contacts page, code supplied. Three e-mailed forms, like elite site.

Job is urgent due to provider going over time and not responding, will need quick turn around and defined development time.

Really wanted studio to finish, as design very clean and technically good.

Expecting turn around in 5 days, will escrow funds as job is coming together. Have sent funds to previous provide to no avail. Will send 10% of escrow when 10% completed, 50% when half way there etc.
