Description

Create a page on my website where people can unsubscribe from newsletter.
I'll have all emails uploaded inside .csv file in DB.

When someone clicks the "remove me" button from my newsletter email he sees remove button on webpage and by clicking it will remove his emailaddress entry from DB.

All deleted emails go to a new DB table so i can monitor count.
