Description

I need a someone to write a script to record information given by a caller then email it to an address.
The route must be available to both internal and external callers.
The caller would need to be greeted by a recorded voice file and then be given a number of questions via recorded files. The response need to be recorded and form the final emailed file.
Example:

Hello thank you for calling.

Please tell us your name then press hash to save. RECORD RESPONCE

Please tell us your email address then press hash to save. RECORD RESPONCE

Please tell us your mobile phone number press hash to save. RECORD RESPONCE

Please tell us your first keyword then press hash to save. RECORD RESPONCE

Please tell us your pickup address then press hash to save. RECORD RESPONCE

loop until they have finished.

I would like the caller to have a chance to breakout at anytime by a keypress which would transfer the caller to a exsisting queue to be picked up by an operater. We would deal with getting the recorded prompts done.
