To modify SugarCRM to a customized version to our needs/specifications. The addition of new modules will help manage client critical information within one system. The primary goal is to integrate SugarCRM with a TFTP provisioning server that can manipulated through CRM application modules. The addition of 3 new Tabs / Modules 1.) Endpoints (TFTP Management) 2.) Creation of Web registration portal that upon completion submits all information as a NEW account and sends task and email notification to management. 3.) Support email to Case integration. When emails come into a specific address, a case will be opened up for the account the email belongs too and assigned a reference number. --- please see attached scope document for full details.
