This project is to develop an application to scrape real estate listing data from multiple real estate listings websites and to enable our users to select/search extracts of data relevant to their criteria.

Our chosen developer will have experience of how real estate listing websites and have knowledge of IDX and other data scraping techniques.
Our project is intended to be perfectly legitimate as the data we will be scraping is fully in the public domain and visible to users via manual searches. However, the purpose of our application is to be able to manipulate the data in a number of ways and cross reference certain data with other data held on separate databases (that we have). Comprehensive data management experience is therefore a must.

For experienced developers this application should be very straightforward, so I have set a budget of upto $300. Please don't bid with you are either a) inexperienced or b) intending to bid any higher than $300

The project brief will be sent to the winner bidder, who is able to show me a data scraping project they have developed before.
