Description:	I have a RSS crawler on a website that crawls blogs for articles and stores them in my database. I need a new function that checks if the article contains at least 3% "stop words" it should be added to my database otherwise it should be discarded. i have a list of stop words so you do not need to find any for me. the script must be thourougly bug tested before it goes live on the website. The script is programed in php. im only looking for the best of programmers, i am also interested in a long-term business relationship between us.
