Description

We need to create server-based minitool, using Basecamp API ( http://www.basecamphq.com/api/). It should send all the time-log changes (changes - notes, done at field "time" of anyeach project ) using RSS 2.0. Rss-feed should be both: for all the projects - common, and for each project using ID jf the project.
