Description:	This project is being REPOSTED for a complete clone of www.gotjunk.com website. We are having problems with people who bid and we will not pay in advance for work!!!! We will honor the prices awarded with one half of the money going into escrow on GAF and the remaing half on completion and the project posted on our server. We will not play communication games - you either understand and agree to the terms of this work or do not bid as we will retract the offer if we begin to experience problems immediately and a negative feedback will be posted. We have been jerking around with people who tell a good story and when it comes time to get to it, they either change the bid - or attempt to hold out. We have no time to waste on ONE MAN OPERATIONS who promise the world and then cannot deliver. You must provide assurance that you actually have programmers who are ready to begin work upon acceptance. If you bid, you are stating that you are ready to begin the project without untimely delays. No more of the one man operations who make promises and that 30 days later can't seem to get a few pages done or you don't have an ftp client server ready do basic things like post files. If you can't provide the basics, we don't want to offer any business to you its that simple. A very solid feedback will be given when job is complete by the winning bid. Project details: The site clone to be done in its entirety is at www.gotjunk.com and the www.prolineshauling.com site will be used for content with several flash movies taken from prolines site which will be integrated into the got junk clone. All of the content can and will reused from the www.prolineshauling.com site and will likely be added to and updated. We will send the complete flash FLA when needed for you to your FTP. As well... all of the content on the got junk site is to be cloned as well. We will modify and update and or change from the new admin when completed. Back end site ADMIN is an absolute must for frequent site and page updates. We require for only very advanced and highly skilled graphics and php/xml-db people to apply for this complete site clone at www.gotjunk.com This admin must be solid. Please contact me with the strongest works you have. We are willing to spend 900 dollars on this site as our budget allows us from client a 1,000 us. We will also, require complete ability for people to communicate, questionnaires, forms fields EXACTLY as what is on the www.gotjunk.com site. AS IN THIS IS TO BE CLONED IN ITS ENTIRETY. If you don't get this up front and in your head from the word go, don't bid. Since this is not a very large site - we will require a working mock-up with the first 7 days and the total completion of the site within 21 days. The SITE MAP at www.gotjunk.com is the best way to follow and clone the site technology. To save time and money... the site does not need to be completely redone graphically, only small modest changes to look and feel are required. Colors - and placement for ready made flash movies. Colors to use will be greys, red and blues. AS IN REDO THE SITE AS YOU SEE IT AND CHANGE THE COLORS. Create a PSD for it to save time and we will also give you flash menu fla to work with. A e commerce module must also be integrated ( will provide x-cart at our expense ) unless you have a ready made e commerce solution that is cost effective. We will provide an additional 300 USD for the integration of the e commerce module. No funds will be released until project is substantially completed with total verification that project is actually being done in a timely manner. If a company does not wish to abide by this then don't post a bid because we will NOT change our payment or business policy. We have at least 12 projects upcoming & 4 existing projects for work that we are willing to share with the candidate who is real and honest with us about the work at hand.
