Description

I am looking for someone to build a bespoke Flash mp3 player. This may be a combination of XML, Flash and PHP, am not too sure what is best but here is what we want functionality. All audio files on any php page on our site and those uploaded by users (its a social network site) should communicate with a pop-up Flash mp3 player. This pop-up window should be positioned in the top right corner of the visitors screen and remain in FRONT of all other windows. This should allow the visitor to seemlessly continue to browse the site without the audio being interrupted.


Basic Layouts are as follows. Will provide designs for chosen coder.

[>>] FORWARD - skips forward through track depending on how long you keep pressed (see allhiphop.com and play track from bottom of page)
[>|] NEXT - jumps to next track in playlist if any.
Contact - a link back to the members page who posted track (if it is a /users track)
Comment - to link back to a php page where comments are logged on that track.
At - current time while playing
Length - total time
Volume - vertical on the right


PLAYLIST

Should be able to move a track up or down playlist order.
[-] REMOVE - option to remove a track from the playlist.



ON SITE
On every audio track on site option to either ADD to playlist or PLAY now.

We will design the pop-up player and all buttons. We are looking for functionality.


KEY POINTS
These are the absolute must-have functionality points. Willing to workaround other things.
- MUST pop up in new window
- MUST not be able to download audio files
- MUST have a playlist
- MUST be able to add tracks to playlist from main site
- MUST have scope to work with the rest of the site (so we can record number of plays and create a chart on the site)
