Description: I need a Photo management tools
I need to add, edit, delete, and upload photos
then update the XML file.
The photo file location will always be the same as defined the http://www.skibumjim.com/xmlgallery/gallery01.xml

I have made a little example on how I would like the project to look.
It example look is in HTML but I believe the project need to be in PHP.
