THIS SITE CAN BE HTML OR FLASH - MUST HAVE HIGH ACCESSIBILITY ON MULTIPLE BROWSERS.
What we need is a website where we can upload images that can be browsed. A simple grid like gallery is fine. There may be up to 2000 images per folder so it is important that it is easy to browse.

An example of a good layout is: http://www.flashden.net/files/31030/index.html. However this site can be HTML or FLASH whichever works best for the required results.

MASKING
What is vital is that when we upload photos (all photos will be the same portrait orientation), the site automatically puts a predefined image template on top of the photo which will be the front cover of a magazine. This will make it look like the photo is embedded and the person is on the front cover of a magazine (see attached file).

REFERENCING
Each photo will have an individual reference which is the usual photo reference (eg. 000315). When we upload photos, they will be named for example DSCF000315.jpg so when searching, the search will be just the number element of the file name.

EMAIL & SHARING
Visitors to the site will be able to browse photos, search for their particular photo and email that photo link to friends.

ACCESS
In order to access the site in the first instance, people must register some details and that will provide them with access via their email address.

DOWNLOAD
Customers will be able to download as a low-res jpeg

EXPANDABILITY
For different projects we must be able to add folders through an admin section and this will allow us to upload photos to different folders that will be viewable through different URLs.

Each folder will have a different magazine front cover PSD that will be placed in front of the photo.
