Description

I need a Photo Gallery which can have useres and an adminsitrator.(there must be an admin control panel)
1- user can register himself... where admin has to agree to.
2- user's photo-gallery can be password if useres wishes to...though the name (with an avatar-if not a random avatar must be insterted by program) of members must be visibale to all
3- Time and date must be inserted by the program for each uploaded picture.
4- user has 5 upload-slot (can upload 5 pictures at once) and can upload unlimited numbers of pictures
5- This is a personal project and has only $30 budget, so please do not bid with more than this amount.
6- Please understand, I have to see an example before choosing a winner
