Description

Summary of the Project
Method one:
When a visitor types a keyword into the search engine clicks on the search button, they will find a result page. From there the visitor will click on a result item and land on the client’s website.
Method Two:
A visitor will arrive on the client’s website via typing the site name into their web browser or via a link / banner from another site.
We want to gather information from the visitors such as the keyword entered the IP address they came from. From there the visitor proceeds to make a call we a phone call or fill out and email form.
Desired outcome
We want to correlate or match the keywords entered from the search engine(s), the IP address and the Phone number used to call the client. We want to record the phone call, capture the caller ID, Caller Name and put this into a report so as the client can view it anytime online with a secure username and password.

I only bid on select projects that fall within my area of expertise. Integrating phone and web systems is something I've been doing for the last 3 years and is the main focus of my current employment. I'm making this bid with assumption you have at least access to basic information I'd be working with. That includes web server access logs, the ability to modify server logging capabilities if needed, and at minimum access to CDR records on the phone system. I would use a combination of existing open source projects that accomplish some of these tasks, and my own experience and scripts to generate the reporting system you are looking for.
