Description

I need a script written that will utilize Paypal's IPN (Instant Payment Notification)

I need the script to put variable data into an excel .csv file for order fulfilment processing.

I need the script to also do real time order submission via the php script i have attached.

I also need the script to put the data into an ongoing .txt log file

So the process is.. customer payment notification comes in, data is sent to the script, the script puts data into a file, and the script posts the data to the fulfilment center.

i need this script finished soon. so i prefer to choose a provider who already has experience with this.
