Description: Hello I need a simple PSD converted to a Joomla Template

I've attached the jpg files below. I would like it to be purely CSS and tableless design.

-The Website will be Static 1024 x 768, Left Positioned.
-I have design 3 different Module Menu Colors which will be set by the Module Class Suffix.
-I want two modules above the main body which can turn on and off and if you look in site4inside.jpg it can be changed using the module class suffix to add a "quote" or a daily tip.
