Description: We have multiple(16+) xml files and images and 1 csv file and images , we need an easy way to display this information in php pages.

The xml files and csv file are from different sources, so the data isn't the same.

These files are huge, the csv file is almost 20mb.

Ideally the php files would be displayed in their prospective categories and searchable.

The PHP files should be valid XHTML/CSS scrict, built in such a manner that we can include these files on mulitple websites.

Project Deliverables:

BACKEND:
The xml and csv files will change yearly so we need the abilty to easily overwrite existing data. We can ftp the files, we just need a place to hardcode the paths. The code should be logical and explained with comments. The code should be optimized so it's NOT server intensive.

FRONTEND:
A PHP file displaying categories with images, this needs to be searchable and as optimized as possible.

The display needs pagination.

The underlying code needs to be commented throughly and valid strict using the following doctype.
