Description:	- I have a legacy MySQL database that I need a data manipulation page for. This page reads an XML file with data setup information, reads in data from a record, populates radio buttons and select lists using the data, and writes back to the record after data have been changed. The database is not normalized, so there is considerable parsing of values from/to the record. The 4 attached files explain the details. Although the coding is straightforward PHP, the organization of data is complicated because of the names of the fields and the way multiple data points have been combined within fields. You will need to really look at the DB, HTML, and XML files carefully to understand the details in the Specs file.
