Description: I am resubmitting this I had requested early. with small changes

I need a main page which will be same as a portal screen with news from various rss/xml feeds. and a user registeration script, to which i can send news, new commings, etc (html/txt).

the main page will have a Directory listing in the middle. and on the left news and right side news published by my site news.

you have to provide the news publishing script also.

look something similar to www.maktoob.com (english), not clone please.
