Description: Need a "link dump" installed on a domain. standard linkdump features: registered users submit links that are categorized and put into rotation on the site. The landing pages should resemble the format seen on digg.com. Blocks that exist on the pages layouts are editable for advertisements and promo-codes in one master admins control panel.
