Description: I am looking to create a music news/blog website- similar to

www.absolutepunk.net
www.thedailychorus.com
www.mammothpress.com

I need a good looking backend that is simple for anyone to use. I need to be able to have admin to give access and accounts to news posters and site admins and basically control all aspects, give and create users that can post news, and make updates, I also need banner ads and rotation of those ads. Please see the examples for more info/ I'm pretty sure this needs to be a php site but I don't know much about overall coding.
