Description

I need a extension to shopping cart checkout under STEP 4 shipping method.

I want to be able to do future updates to magento so this must be written as an add on module, not, NOT NOT hard coded into magento!!

This is to be added into standard step 4 of cart as a include, not hardcoded

Note the flash movie shown - I can supply this part, just create a spaceholder for movie!

I have uploaded a .jpg file that fully expmlains job I think, but your questions are welcomed

Do you have a suggestion to improve or to make it easier?

Did you think we have forgotten something which might be necessary?

Let us know if concept has faults or you know a better way!

We want to work with programmer that makes suggestions, not just stupidly agreeing with us!

Complete mod must be tested and working, for payment!

This will be an ongoing project. We need someone that will also be able to look after updates and do modifications as needed.

There is a lot of other work required to complete the site, but this is the key element to cart. if done well lots and lots of additional work.

We need references for created magento extensions or plugins!

Please respond ONLY if you can show references of magento sites you made or very strong programming skills and many completed projects.

I am not stuck on price range and if you require more $ please bid at $750 but indicate in content additional requirement! I can always change price if my thoughts on it are wrong
