Description:	My name is Maria, me and my partners are currently trying to start up a new community website but things haven't been going to well so I have decided to repost the project under my own GAF account and take up project management since the last coders 1 my partners accepted on the project have been nothing but bad for us. Nearly all of the agreements made before project was started have been broken. Since the day project was started we have received NO updates whats so ever. The guy incharge of the project keeps coming back to me with info like "the coder said dont worry he will deliver the project in time". I dont think so, I am not the kind of person to sit here and wait over a month for a project to be completed with out seeing not even 1 update. I have goten sick and tierd and need to get this stuff done. Below I have copied and pasted the original project post with some modifications. No deposit. Lost $290 on last project and the old project manage refuses to pay me back. BUDGET: $5000 +$1500 bonus if done correctly and all agreements stuck to aswell as regular updates and great communication. I'll type that again, MY BUDGET IS $5000 (FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS) DONT BID IF YOU WANT MORE THAN $5000 ($1500 bonus) Seriously, if you bid over $5000 or try to convince me to pay over $5000 I will ignore you. Im serious.($1500 bonus) After project is finished then I have a webmaster job available for $750 (Negotiable) a month if you are suitable for a webmaster position in my company after this project is complete. (This is a MUST. I tried to run a website in the past without a webmaster and things went down hill) Immediate Start (After Discussion) MSN Required Discussion over phone would be nice, not a must but would make things easier. No Deposit. My partners will not release any money from the bank until work is done tested and working how it should. No more money will be lost to theives on GAF Programming done on one of our servers on current design, you need to do some implementation with my AVS and other things on my merchant account for the site payments processor. Bonus will be paid if you can provide all legal documentation for the website ready for filing. Bonus will also be paid for extra features I may have not mentioned that would be a benefit to my site. MUST speak english fluently What I need done: 1. Suitable logo for the kind of site I will be running.Unique Logo, you will be coding into current design. 2. Coding/Programming 3. Search Engine Optimization 4. Bug checking/ Site testing DESCRIPTION I want an online service that allows members to set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. Members will be able to view each others' profiles, communicate with old friends and meet new friends on the service, share photos, post journals and comments, and describe their interests. To enrich members' experience, we want to request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Members can change their profile information at any time and can control how other members and the service communicates with them. Classifieds with item pic upload etc. Check design if I pick u for more info. I also want an auction where users can buy and sell at fixed prices or put their work up in auctions. Please not this isnt a regular auction where users can sell anything. I will explain more in PMB Some of: -Chatrooms -Blogs -Bulletin -Favourites -Birthdays -Friends Lists -Rating System -Search -Invites -Create Projects -Address books -Calender -Modified Advertising/Banner System (Just modify the current one I use) -Forums -Content Management -Admin Panel where I have control over practically everything the site does. Total control at the click of my mouse -Classifieds -Chatrooms -Small Auction -Groups -Jobs -Auctions -Avi + Mpeg processing screen on homepage modified for my site for showing videos users send to me. Will be like a sort of playlist for videos and advertisments I will be uploading to my server. I want it done in flash, I dont want to use windows media player or anything like that. -Music Upload (Users wont actually upload anything to my site. They will provide a URL to where their music is hosted. Power to ban accounts, limit accounts -Free Account with limits & Special account with no limits and lots of features. -Also want an online auction where members can build personal "own work" profiles and post specific information on these profiles and upload their "own work" they wish to put up for sell/auction. -Personal Profile Account: You can either have a Free Personal Profile account which has a lot of limitations or a special (paid for) version which comes with special features and all limitations removed. When you look at current design you will see alot of the things I want on this site. We have our own merchant account and gateway, so this will need to be integrated into the site. Aswell as our AVS system and other things that came with this merchant account etc. We wish to keep our existing 27'000+ users and add them to the new site. I want to be able to communicate with you WHILST your working just incase you or I have any questions to ask seeing as I am the new project manager. Dont bid if your buzy with other work.. I will be selecting a coder/designer before bidding time runs out Project Completion Deadline August 29th I can honestly say this is like the 10th posting this project due to tiem wasters who make promises they cant keep. Before you bid you will need to understand that I have a deadline for this work. You cant tell me you will deliver me e.g. the signup module in 1 day and then after 5 days make excuses to cover up why you haven't delivered me it. I have no time for this. I dont need excuses about your project manager not emailing you yet. I only want organised companies only please. Thanks NDA will need to be signed. Please note: Design is already done. Although you will need some design experience for certain parts of the site you will need to modify. Linux Server + PHP Strictly no ASP.
