Description: LOW SCALE PROJECT DEVELOPERS NOT CONCERNED

I am looking for a team of developer used to develop large scale web 2.0, php, Ajax, mssql/mysql projects (2-4 month of development).

I want to develop an online platform that should be able to do the following:

GENERAL
- multilanguage
- user management
- ads management
- personalized CMS
- regular improvements
- future development possible

DESCRIPTION
- people subscribe to the plateform and receive a template website with their own cms. The website contains around 25 manageable modules such as photo gallery, news managment, calendar, basic forum, guest book, comments, display videos from youtube, news letter, rss reader, drag and drop functionalities, etc...). The user should be able to customize some parts of the site via the cms
- one sub-domaine
- one email address
- and more

Ideally I would like to work with a team of developer based in europe as I might want to meet during the project. The team should have strong project management skills, high experience developing web 2.0/community websites and should be able to give me advice on the different stage of the project.

Price: 15-30$/hours

Deadline: the project should be finished by the end of September 2008 at the latest.
