Description

We are actively looking for an expert in Joomla and CRM software to develop the following features
Based on the website under (greenmedias dot com), we need to perform the following tasks

INTEGRATION BETWEEN JOOMLA AND CRM
Right now we are using a CRM from Infoathand.com (based on sugarCRM)
the objective is that all interactions from joomla (forms, shop, newsletter,..) be sync with the CRM (so that support and sales team can handle)

VIRTUEMART SHOP CONFIGURATION
Add some features to standard VM such as wishlist, subscription form (for rental products), integration with CRM (standard with IAH), multiple pictures gallery, tags, payment integration.

SATELITE SHOPS
We need to be able to generate subshops (same info, but only a selection of products) that can possibly be featured on other more specialized websites (greenmedias = portal, there will be smaller subsites)

CUSTOMER PORTAL
Configure customer portal for user to have a common interface to track orders, check support tickets, confirm orders. Right now we don't have order tracking, messages.

PDF CONTRACT GENERATION
Generate rental/maintenance/reseller contract based on data entered by user, using templates. Done either through script or through the CRM (preferred)

RESELLER PAGE
generate a reseller page that the reseller under joomla can partially configure with appropriate user rights for basic content (some kind of blog page).

LIVE CHAT/SUPPORT INTEGRATION
Integrate live support with knowledge base and write a script to link chats to user account.
Right now we are using phplive support but are ok with a more robust solution

AFFILIATION PROGRAM
Parametering of idevaffiliate to handle integration with CRM and CB (so that all registered users can become affiliates easily)

QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION
Integration between CRM and accounting software such as QB

Please advise reference work about complex integrations of portal/CRM/ecommerce.
