Description

I have an IVR system that gives out billing information and allows customers to make credit card payments.
The IVR was created in php code using, XML soap calls, mysql, and asterisk. The billing information part is working but it seems to have have stopped approving payments on credit cards. I need someone to take a look and fix for me. I have attached sample file.
