Description: I run a successful US-based IT consulting and web design business, serving small businesses and high level non-profits. I'm looking for a new development partner (HTML, Flash, Java etc) as I outgrow my current resource.

This project is like an interview. ;) I am looking for a long term provider relationship. Please show you/your company's best work and provide links to recent projects and an outline of your areas of expertise (Flash, CSS, DHTML, ProStores eCommerce etc).

Project Description:

-High level HTML/Flash development from Photoshop files
-Development must meet the latest W3C standards
-Advanced use of all web development skills
-Basic content formatting

Notes/Requirements:

-All fonts, images, and content will be provided by us (this is not a design project)
-Provider must communicate with acceptable English via email, Skype, IM etc and be able to follow detailed instructions in English
-Average turn around time per project of 2 days maximum
-Strong attention to detail is essential

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the bids. My current provider has a turn-around time of 2-3 days and $175 per website. Pleases place your bids within this range.

We use minimal flash, so please bid as if there were no flash (only HTML) on a project. Cost for websites with more challenges can be worked out once a relationship is established.

If your post shows good development work, I will send you an example project via PM for review and refinement of your bid.
