BID:
OPEN BID PROJECT - Try to keep it within my budget but if you feel it would cost a little more, don't hesitate to be detailed in a PM about what you plan on doing and why your price is higher. I will read everyones PM but will definitly be leaning towards awarding this job to those bidding within my budget range which is $30-$300! Of course, if you are a quality programmer I'm going to go with the best bid so do what you can and get in with us as we have a ton of work!


JOB TYPE:
I don't know what kind of programming you want to use and don't care what's used to create it. I've randomly selected some types of programming here which could be used but all that you need to know is we have a Linux server and MySQL with PHP installed.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking to build a HackerSafe.com Clone to offer the same kind of service and certification logo. I would require a

- basic website design similar to HackerSafe.com
- certification logo w/ on the fly date and time stamp
- A mini admin which would track those who sign up similar to a banner admin, where as long as they were paying on time, a valid logo with an animated current date and time stamp would appear. and if they didn't pay their bill, an option for me to manually turn their service off which would alternate them to another logo which would show site no longer monitored for security.

I'm going to make this an affordable program where a basic application is all that is really needed to obtain this service and to meet our criteria but I would be interested in hearing if any of you can think of other ideas which would be fully automated such as checking daily for SSL certifications or other that may cause some security issues. Let's hear your ideas and see some bids.
