Description

I require some Google maps api work doing similar to

http://webproject.dreamxstudio.com/panorama/

I require one 'frame' to have the google map in and another 'frame' with an image of the marker (i use the term frame loosly)

there must be different markers for different categorys

i must be able to add new locations easily with the minimal of effort for non technical users. ( with an admin panel)

you maybe required to do add some extra features after the project has been completed (obviously you will be paid for these)
