The candidate for this job should verify the following conditions :
- Indian resident
- +3 years experience in related job
- Available and able to receive phone calls and sms 24x7
- Have laptop with 24x7 internet connection
- Good in english with good communication skills
- Effective and able to fix and repair work swiftly
The candidate will be interviewed by an experienced jury (so don't waste your time and ours if you not a skilled and professional programmer).
The selected candidate will be signing an employement contract with our company.
Salary is $800 to $1200 per month

Job Description :
- Develops analysis and design of websites and programs (Websites, templates, templates wizard...)
- program scripts, plugins and tools (wordpress plugins, firefox addons, statistcis counters...)
- Experienced in customization of 3rd party applications with out much documentation.
- Forms complete descriptions of all specifications required; additionally, develops common operations which can be reused.
- Monitors and enforces coding standards and acts effectively as a team leader in these regards.
- Resolves complex programming difficulties.
- Produces, tests, and documents program code.
- Analyzes source and content of data.
- Assists others with debugging when necessary.
- Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long range plans.
- Coordinates activities with other departments, as needed.
- Furnishes professional advice to management and department heads.
- Prepares charts, tables, and logic diagrams needed in problem analysis.
- Examines, reviews, and/or changes programs to adapt to changes in requirements or equipment configuration.
- Participates in Company or departmental planning sessions. 
- Researches, tracks and understands new web technologies to provide technical leadership in developing service applications and analyzing business requirements
- Manages, develops, integrates and implements related applications components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration. 
- May work with affiliates to assist them set up and fix their sites bugs.
- Build systems enabling Web 2.0 functionality :  Web 2.0 websites typically include some of the following features/techniques:
- rich Internet application techniques, often Ajax-based
- semantically valid XHTML and HTML markup
- folksonomies (in the form of tags or tagclouds)
- Experince with templating systems (smarty, Flexy etc) to separate business logic and presentaion.
- XML APIs
- syndication, aggregation and notification of data in RSS or Atom feeds
- mashups, merging content from different sources, client- and server-side
- weblog-publishing tools
- wiki or forum software, etc., to support user-generated content
 
Required Skills and Technologies :
- Advanced Programming in PHP(Object oriented) and  mysql , CGI, Html, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, XML, RSS...
- Working experince with Object Oriented frameworks in php. Practical experince with standard PEAR modules and secure programming.
- Basic knowledge of webhosting and linux.
- SEO Knowledge and experience
- Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
- Excellent Design, coding and debugging skills required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of IP protocols, especially HTTP
- Experience with Internet marketing and/or email marketing will be a plus
