I need a FLV Player with XML Playlist to be installed on my site with similar layout and interface to that of:http://album.apropo.ro./index.php?tree=10&cst_id=13101

Features of the FLV Player (preferrably JW FLV Player):
--Able to integrate music and videos;
--Supports supports playback of all formats of Adobe Flash Player can handle--FLV, MP3, H264, SWF, JPG, PNG and GIF.
--Supports RTMP and HTTP (Lighttpd) streaming, RSS, XSPF and ASX playlists and other wider ranges of flashvars (variables), an extensive javascript API and accessibility features.
--Thumbnail of the rest of the categories underneath the player;
--Switch Player to different Screen modes (Fit Window and Original Window)
--Easily controllable video frames and audio levels by dragging.
--Be able to get the arguments and file list externally from xml and html.
--Tool tips available for all the controls and labels editable from the Xml
--Player settings are controllable from the xml
--Very Important: Related playlist links at the bottom (NOT) embedded within the player so that clicking on thumbnail will reload the video in the playlist at the end of the current video play.
--Player size must be independent of the flash files and can use this at any size
--Supports both streaming and buffering from different protocols

Work must be done professionally. Be willing to show example of similar work. Very fast turnaround so only those with the ability to provide quick and clean service must bid. Another project in the pipeline after this.
