I need a PHP Programmer for long term basis, who is well experienced in HTML, XHTML, PHP, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, and AJAX... should have worked on ..

1.Content Management System: Open Sources like Joomla, mambo.. etc and Custom made CMS..

2.ECommerce Websites: Open Sources like OSCommerce, Cube Cart etc.. and Custom made Shopping Carts..

3.Custom Programming like Flash + PHP etc..

Should not mind working on projects that are time critical..

I would like to see past projects before i select..
