Description

What we are trying to achieve:

1) Customer visits our website (This is an existing website that does not need any changes to the design. I can provide you with our website URL in PM upon request)
2) Customer fills out an interview form
3) Data from the interview form is saved inside our database and transferred to the buyer via XML feed according the attached instructions.
4) Client gets an automatic email from us after they complete the interview form. We will provide you with the text for the email.

We should have the ability to go to our database and download client’s data from the interview by any date range.

Code should have no loop holes. Website security and database security is very important to us. Interview form should be secured. We will purchase security certificate when needed.
