Description:	Hi There! My project is very simple! And very very urgent, I want it within 25 hours. I have 6 pages in psd format, i want to convert those psd into html/css/dhtml. I have created the snapshots of that pages in one zip file, you can download from here : www.designcheap.net/snap_shots.zip (some privacy reason i reduced the overall size of the pages, 20% reduced) Selective bidder will have the original size offcouse, the psds. Further: the top buttons should work like www.prospectos.com.mx And it have also a simple contact us form too... My budget is only $45 and I can not pay more than this. Payment will be like this: Once you will finish only 1st page I will immediately escrow the payment and when the whole project will done, I will then release all payments immediately. I have tons of projects, perhaps my rates are little low but i have huge volume of work. Happy Bidding!!
