What I need is to have this cleaned up a bit and be able to drop tables into the content area.

Most of what you see is how I want it to look but...

A few issues are:
I want it to be center aligned
I want the content area to not shift left under the Nav Menu
I need to use tables for Forms, the form is linked
It needs to read the same in Firefox, Explore and Safari
