Do to extraordinary response from many qualified bidders, I am using the following specifications to settle on a provider I can work with.

The bidder that is agreeable to these terms will be chosen.

5 Equal Payments of $300.00
Funds Totaling $300.00 will be Placed in escrow after bidder is chosen for this project, and will only be released AFTER 1ST Milestone is reached.

This same process will continue for the duration of the project.

For those providers who anticipate requiring funds before agreed upon milestones are reached, there is one option...#1 Cancel Your Bid Now

For all others, if we are in agreement that both parties want to efficiently complete this project so that YOU are payed in a timely fashion, I expect to have milestones met in the same fashion if not earlier NO EXCUSES FROM EITHER PARTY.

Your Payment frequency will be directly related to your progress frequency, and QUALITY of your work.

For those bidders who have expressed confusion on "Plug and Play" and other issues...if you do not understand the concept of "Plug and Play" which in this context means "Once the assignment is complete, the website and the Silverstripe CMS should be working in perfect unison...100% operable ready to be hosted"
