Description: I am in need of an Automated Forum Posting Delivery script. The script needs 3 main things:
1. Feed URL: The script uses a RSS feed based on my own key words i.e. http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&q=cars&ie=UTF-8&output=rss where in this case the keyword is 'cars'
2. Forum URL: The main URL of my forum, and where the script can create a user account. The Forum type is a PHPBB.
3. Forum Category URL: Each item in the feed will be posted as a different thread in my forum category. The subject in the RSS will be the subject in the category thread and the RRS post will be the subjects details.

I should be able to run this script manually or setup a cron job to automate the feed to the forum. The posts to the forum should also only be of NEW entries to the RSS feed.

The script should be easy to install and setup and have a secure admin area to setup and run the script.

If it is easy to have the script developed to allow of multiple RSS Feeds to be sent to mutiple categories within the forum then I would like this feature.
