Description

I need an article / directory site created. I have the database files that need to be uploaded and the template for the site already. Currently it is just in table form which would need to be converted to CSS.

I will need each category to produce an RSS Feed. And I will need a user login for users to sign up and post need articles and directory info.

If I need to build the site first, I can but only in html.
