Description:	The Brief of this job is as follows. I am looking for someone that is able to quote me for the building of an advanced search facility for a Joomla 1.5 native Website. The search facility is going to be used to search for Wine under the following criteria:- Year, Name, Vintage (Multi Selection option), Wine Type, Wine Regions and wine ratings (more detail below on the ratings) other search criteria will be added at a later date. We would want a facility to allow the end user to be able to add more search criteria theselves. The search facility should only search within a given area and not the whole website so the moduel should have an input section in Joomla to allow the person to enter the information relating to the wines. It needs to be quick at getting results back to the site user. The site will use a star rating system and this should be searchable, the wines are rated out of 5 with half stars being used along with full stars and also come with tasting notes, The actual rating which sits in the text of the wine will use brackets to denote the wines readiness to drink,example ***** = five stars, fully ready;(*****)= five stars,completely unready, ***(*)= a potentially five star wine,notquite ready but currently offering the pleasure of a four star wine. This is complex but it also needs to sometimes have a + sign to enote that the overall potental might be revealed to be higher than currently ranked. So the example would be **(**)+ and some times it will be required to do *****1/2. I hope this gives you an idea of the star system and the search facility required, If not then please ask. All the information in the search Moduel must be Optiomized for search engines. Ideally there will be a page that has al the criteria required and e function to add text in blocks, so the user ay at any point add another review. All of this needs to be picked up by search engines. I am happy to have some suggestions as to how you would best do this wine rating system. We would also like to be able to upload the entrys via an upload button, that way we could upload buld entries onto the site for searching. I am happy to provide more information on request.
