Our company is large manufacturing industry. we require accounting system with the following requirements
Accounting System Development
Project is to develop an accounting system that includes, general accounting (including banking), general ledger, accounts receivable (maintains comprehensive customer data), accounts payable, inventory (maintains a comprehensive product listing and can accept bar coding), order entry. Networkable on multiple work stations. For wholesale and retail business. Can process credit card transactions and do integration with a web server to accept e-commerce orders from infinite number of company web sites. The information for the web server would get transmitted to the accounting using XML. This would be a windows based development. SQL database. Needs to be able to print to file, to printer and to email all files. Needs to have expjort and import of data. Migrate current accounting data into new system. Other features are required.

To summarize: create a standalone and web based accounting system which updates each other (which means they have common database), a smart client system which includes the following features in the system

Full Accounting system (AR, AP, GL, Fund, Budgeting, Payroll)
Order Entry, Quotes, Contracts and Purchasing
Inventory and Warehouse Management
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Help Desk
Help, Documentation and Manual
Comprehensive Reports Generation
Comprehensive and cutomizable Forms Generation
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) (for sync integration)
POS System (with scan, touch-screen & open drawer support) Cash register integration
Can operate a retail store
Integrate with company wholesale business and company Website, company retail stores (brick and morter) and company Shopping Cart & Internet Marketing
Process credit card charges and transmit to the processor, "Vital"
Unlimited users, customers and vendors.
