Description

We would like to develop a web-based telecom service for clients based on Asterisk and PHP/SQL with an advanced client web interface.

System would work as follows :
When our clients end-users click on one of the countries in our client’s contact page (provided by our system), end users can initiate one of either services :
1. Click to call : Provide a instant connection to our client if available and bill this to client through subscription
2. Leave a message and listen to IVR - Message stored in text and accessed via customer panel
3. Phone contact- we provide our clients with a DID Enduser calls the DID, goes through IVR and ends up in contact with Voicemail or live agent.

Clients can setup rules on their web panel such as for each country time of day actions to either a direct call to our agent or forward to client phone, or perhaps a voicemail.- Voicemail is available in the website - Direct calls are billed per minute and are prepaid, thus requires a prepaid calling system.

we would also like clients to be able to login and
1. manage their account
2. create / edit countries / listings
3. buy credit (for agent live answer / direct call / translation)
4. subscribe to premium services such as dedicated DID or fax; number or video call
5. access text and voice messages
6. request a translation of voicemail messages (for a deduction of credit)

NOTE: The credit system is different to the billed calls per sec method. This is yet another billing consideration.

We also would like our staff that can login and work as agents. Being that they can perform the following actions -1. Take live calls for client- They will receive a commision per call or per minute or per voice to text translation through a reporting system.

We already have a detailed project specifications overview with screens and advanced database schema to be discussed in PM. As well as an engineer that can hep clarify issues for a quick start. We can provide dedicated server and admin for installs if required.

Ideally We think that hi end competencies are needed in Asterisk / PHP and Flex and three can be assembled in Team. We supply graphics and front page web pages so work is mostly focused on admin panels and actual telecom service.

We require a full and professional analysis of project and clear delivery milestones for payment plan
