Description

I want someone to develop a plugin that ranks users based on their total number of comments, posts or a combination of both. I want to include a weight for each item, so I can edit these weights into admin painel.

For example:

Weight 1 for each comment.
Weight 30 for each blog post.

I want that you provide into this plugin, an way(function) to display the top 100 users, so I can create a page that displays it. Another thing is that I want an way(function) to display each user rank, so I can include this funcion into their author page.

Another thing that this plugin must have is that the ranking page should show a link to the pages of previous months and all time top users. For example:

[ All Time Top Users | March Top Users | April Top Users | May Top Users | ... ]

You can suggest any other features to this plugin if you want to.
